The Chief Executive Officer of CBA Global Holdings, Baze Yeoh stated that this partnership will further enhance Malaysia’s influence and serve as a benchmark for the rapid growth of the e-sports industry on the international stage.

Meanwhile, according to Chairman of the Malaysian E-Sports Entrepreneurs Association (MEEA), Datuk Nazifuddin Najib efforts are underway to establish Malaysia as a global e-sports hub. Their vision and commitment have significantly increased Malaysia’s influence in the global e-sports market.
“Collaborating with South Korea and Hong Kong in the e-sports industry can have a substantial impact on a global scale. South Korea is renowned for its advanced infrastructure and vibrant e-sports culture, setting a global benchmark.
“By partnering with South Korea and Hong Kong, there is an opportunity to leverage their expertise and innovative spirit to enhance initiatives and expand influence in the e-sports world. This collaboration could lead to the joint development of global online games and e-sports platforms, reaching a wider audience and fostering greater connectivity and engagement.
“Additionally, collaborating to standardize and expand e-sports services, including establishing e-sports hotels and integrated facilities, can help set industry benchmarks and enhance overall growth and professionalism in the e-sports industry on a global scale,” he commented.
During the same event, Nazifuddin Najib and South Korea’s Deputy Minister of National Defense, Baek Seung-Joo, witnessed the signing of several strategically important cooperation agreements. These agreements will further drive innovation in global e-sports technology and platforms.
Furthermore, Shin Gyoung Chun, Chairman of Union Platform in South Korea, signed a strategic cooperation agreement supporting game technology development, with four countries uniting to support Malaysia.
At the same time, CBA Global Holdings also sealed a partnership with the Chairman of CBA Hong Kong and Yang Yunqiu, Co-Founder of Fangyou E-Sports Hotel Group China, to drive innovation in decentralized networks and smart automation through advanced developments in gaming technology, Web 3.0 systems, and AI technology platforms.
Looking ahead, CBA plans to host international brand events in Malaysia, further promoting industry innovations and global e-sports competitions, and enhancing Malaysia’s presence and reputation on the global stage.
