18-Year-Old China Student Seeks Revenge By Biting A Mouse That Bit Her First In Uni Dorm
A nibble for a nibble!
An 18-year-old student in China captured global attention for biting into the head of a rodent that had bitten her first in the dormitory of her university
According to the South China Morning Post, the mouse bit the student's finger while she attempted to catch it in her university dorm in eastern China's Jiangsu province on 21 December last year.
Frustrated with the mouse, the student decided to retaliate by biting its head as soon as she caught it.
On Douyin, China's equivalent of TikTok, the student's roommate revealed that her friend's unconventional move left tooth marks on the top of the mouse's head.
She further explained that the mouse died shortly afterwards, not due to the bite, but from suffocation caused by the teen's firm grasp when she caught it.
Medical records posted by the roommate revealed that the student incurred injuries to her lips from sinking her teeth into the rodent
"It took the doctor a while to work out how to write up her case file," the Hong Kong-based daily quoted her roommate as saying.
The roommate added that the girl regretted her actions immediately and felt embarrassed during the treatment.
She also urged people online "not to learn from her [friend]" as biting animals could lead to the contraction of various diseases.
Subsequently, the student who committed the act stated on her Douyin account that she had received prompt treatment and was in good condition.
