Dashcam Video Shows The Moment Large Tree Falls Onto Cars & Monorail Tracks In KL

A dashcam video capturing the moment a large tree falls onto cars and monorail tracks on Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, has gone viral
According to the 21-second footage that SAYS sighted, the incident is believed to have occured in front of Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur amid heavy rain this afternoon, 7 May.
Another video filmed after the tree fell shows at least five vehicles crushed by the tree.
Photos circulating online reveal that the tree also destroyed a covered walkway.
In a Facebook post, Rapid KL said its monorail services between the Hang Tuah Station and Medan Tuanku Station are temporarily suspended due to the incident
The Fire and Rescue Department personnel are at the scene.
It is understood that a report of the incident will be issued soon.
