Malaysian Woman's RM30,000 CHANEL Handbag Stolen At 5-Star Hotel In KL
Ng told SAYS that her wallet, worth RM3,000, was also stolen along with the handbag.

A Malaysian woman's CHANEL handbag was stolen while she was attending a wedding ceremony at a five-star hotel in Kuala Lumpur
In an Instagram post last Monday, 9 December, the woman, surnamed Ng, pleaded with the public to help identify the suspect who is believed to have stolen her bag on 7 December.
She described the suspect as a man wearing a light blue shirt, black trousers, and brown shoes. CCTV footage shows the man covering the bag with a black jacket while leaving the hotel through Jalan Pinang.
"At 10.51pm, the bag was still with me. At 11.24pm, I went to the bathroom, [leaving my handbag on the seat] while my friends were at the table.
"When I returned to my seat at 11.29pm, I noticed my handbag missing. I immediately informed the hotel employees," she recounted.
After filing a police report, Ng reviewed the CCTV footage and discovered that the man entered the hotel ballroom at 10pm
The suspect used a black jacket to conceal the handbag and left the ballroom at 11.28pm. Two minutes later, the suspect was seen exiting the hotel through the lobby.
Ng expressed her dissatisfaction with the hotel's response, stating, "We are perplexed as to how a 'stranger' could move so freely at a private event in a five-star hotel.
"[The hotel employees] did not take immediate action and told us that the CCTV footage did not show any movement. We don't understand why they concealed this.
"However, we discovered the thief immediately after reviewing the CCTV footage with the police two hours later," she said.
Ng hopes that her post can serve as a reminder to always keep your valuables safe.
Speaking to SAYS today, 16 December, Ng said the handbag, a Small Boy CHANEL Handbag, is valued at RM30,000
Her wallet, which was in the handbag when it was stolen, is worth RM3,000 and contained RM300 in cash.

SAYS has reached out to the hotel for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
