Maybank Revises Business Hours Of Several Branches As COVID-19 Cases Rise

Customers are also encouraged to use its online banking services from home.

As a precautionary measure, Malayan Banking Berhad will be temporarily changing its operating hours in selected branches starting from today, 12 October

In a statement on Facebook, Maybank will be temporarily revising the operating hours for branches in areas declared as Red Zones and Yellow Zones by the Ministry of Health (MOH).

"This is a precautionary measure to further safeguard your well-being and our employees."

Branches within Red Zones will open from 9.30am to 1.00pm while branches within Yellow Zones will open from 9.30am to 3.00pm

All branches are closed during weekends and public holidays.

The bank urged customers to consider using online banking services as alternatives to safeguard themselves from the spread of the virus

"If you must visit a branch, we advise you to use Maybank EzyQ on our Maybank2u website to book your appointment online for selected branches ahead of the visit, for your safety and convenience," stated Maybank.
