"We Don't Know The Motive" — Says Family Of Man Who Was Allegedly Killed By Motorcyclists
The victim's family is demanding answers about the case.
The family members of a 42-year-old driver who was allegedly killed by a group of motorcyclists on Tuesday, 20 February, are seeking answers regarding his death
Speaking to China Press, the victim's brother said the victim was an unmarried businessman.
The family revealed that the location where the victim's body was discovered — Taman Pelangi Semenyih 2 in Semenyih, Selangor — was close to where he lived.
The victim's brother said the family remains uncertain about the circumstances surrounding his sudden death.
"We don't know the motive of the murder case, so everything can only be left to the police for investigation," said the brother.
The family is currently waiting for the autopsy report.
Earlier, a family member of the victim took to Instagram to urge witnesses at the crime scene to come forward to provide information about the case
The victim allegedly died after being assaulted by a group of motorcyclists, following an accident with a food delivery rider on Tuesday night.
Witnesses at the scene told the police that a group of men pulled the victim out of his grey Proton Saga and assaulted him.
A viral video of the assault shows the victim's hands were tied up as the assailants kicked him.
The police have arrested five local men, aged 22 to 52, to assist with the investigation.
