China's Zhang Qiongyue secured a bronze medal in the women's 50m rifle three positions shooting final at the Paris Olympics on Friday, 2 August, and has quickly become an online sensation for her rifle, which was covered in Hello Kitty stickers.
Along with the stickers, she had a matching towel and a small chicken keychain. She also wore a pink cap to complement her hot pink rifle bolt.
The 20-year-old rifle shooter's achievement marked China's first medal in this event since the 2016 Rio Olympics
She competed against Switzerland's Chiara Leone, who won gold, and Sagen Maddalena from the US, who took home the silver medal.
