Unifi Hits 3 Million Subscribers And Launches Extraordinary Tour To Thank Fans
Held at Gurney Plaza Mall, Penang, the event brought exciting interactive experiences to communities in the northern region.

Unifi recently achieved a major milestone of three million subscribers, woohoo! :D
To commemorate this achievement, the Internet service provider kicked off their Extraordinary Tour at Gurney Plaza Mall in Georgetown, Penang, which brought exciting interactive experiences to the public.
The event, which ran from 2 December until 4 December, highlighted digital experiences from leading content providers and streaming apps available on Unifi TV such as Disney+ Hotstar, beIN SPORTS, BBC, iQIYI, Lionsgate Play, WeTV and Warner TV, and Boomerang. Yassss!
Attendees also had the chance to witness the unveiling of Unifi's mysterious #BoxOfHappiness that they've been teasing across various locations since 30 November. Woah :O
The boxes were placed across numerous locations in Klang Valley and Penang, specifically Gurney Plaza Mall, Taman Tasik Permaisuri, Berjaya Times Square, Setia City Mall, and Avenue K. The boxes were then opened to reveal the full-fledged suite of content available on Unifi TV. The boxes represents Unifi Plus Box, the latest Android TV Box that includes all Unifi TV Packs for free.
And if you didn't have the chance to participate in the tour this time around, don't worry! It will be making its way down to the southern and central regions of Malaysia in the coming months with plenty of exciting activities planned, such as photo ops with your favourite character or the trending 360-degree spin camera. Additionally, Telekom Malaysia's Chief Commercial Officer and Unifi’s Executive Vice-President Anand Vijayan expressed the company's ongoing commitment to accelerate digital inclusivity and support the country's (Jalinan Digital Negara) JENDELA aspirations
JENDELA is a government initiative that seeks to provide fixed broadband services with gigabyte speed and ensure that 100% of populated areas can access 4G service.
"As we continue to enable today's digital lifestyles, Unifi TV's Extraordinary Tour is an opportunity to personally interact with local communities and tap into how we can curate new innovative solutions to suit their needs," said Anand.
"Together with our content partners, we are pleased to launch this tour in Penang and connect with our customers in the northern region – where we hope to provide our offerings for fixed broadband, mobile services, and entertainment content to more Malaysians," he added.
