After years of constantly getting skipped over by international acts, it's great to finally see artistes adding Malaysia as a stop on their tour schedules

Here are some exciting live concerts happening in Malaysia this year that you can look forward to (and save up for!):

1. Justin Bieber: 'Justice World Tour'

Update: Justin Bieber has postponed his KL concert to next year. Read more here.

Set to perform on 22 October at National Stadium Bukit Jalil, Justin Bieber has added Kuala Lumpur as one of his many stops on his 'Justice World Tour'.

His entire tour consists of 100 dates throughout 2022 and 2023, at locations such as Jakarta, Mexico, New Zealand, Japan, UK, and more.

2. LANY: 'a november to remember' tour

LANY is back in Malaysia with their 'a november to remember' tour on 6 November at Axiata Arena. In addition to KL, the tour will stop in Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Singapore, and Taipei.

3. boy pablo: 'Asia Tour 2022'

Malaysia will have the privilege of welcoming boy pablo not once, but twice this year.

The indie rock band will be performing at Zepp KL on 25 November. Based on their website, they will also be heading to Kuching, Sarawak on 6 December for Sunbear Festival 2022

4. Super Junior: 'Super Show 9: Road'

After nine years since they last came, K-pop band Super Junior will be returning to KL once again to perform on 10 October at Axiata Arena, according to StarPlanet. This concert will be part of their 'Super Show 9: Road' world tour.

It's a much-anticipated show for fans after the last concert, 'Super Show 8: Infinite Time', was cancelled in Malaysia two years ago due to COVID-19.

5. Boys Like Girls: Comes To Australia & Asia Tour

According to their website, Boys Like Girls is heading to KL to perform on 15 October.

The band will feature at The Grand Hall Taylor's University Lakeside Campus in Subang Jaya, alongside Midnight Fusic, One Buck Short, Sekumpulan Orang Gila, and more.

Tickets prices start from RM129 and will go on sale on 17 September.

6. keshi: 'Hell/Heaven Tour'

US singer-songwriter keshi is coming to Malaysia to perform on 2 December and 3 December at KL Convention Centre (KLCC).

As part of his 'Hell/Heaven Tour', he's already sold out tickets at many of his shows around Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. 

Unfortunately, his shows in KL are no different and all tickets are also sold out.

7. Jackson Wang: 'Good Vibes Weekender'

Multilingual vocalist and member of K-pop boyband GOT7, Jackson Wang, will be headlining at 'Good Vibes Weekender' on 24 September. The concert will take place at Surf Beach, Sunway Lagoon, and will be showcasing several popular acts including K-pop star, CL, Filipino-British singer-songwriter beabadoobee, and US singer-songwriter Pink Sweat$, among others.

Ticket prices for the two-day pass start from RM499.

8. RUSS: 'The Journey Is Everything World Tour'

Rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer, RUSS has many titles under his belt. Presented by Good Vibes, he will be performing for the second time in Malaysia on 3 November at Surf Beach, Sunway Lagoon

9. (G)I-DLE: 'Just Me ( )I-DLE World Tour'

South Korean girl group (G)I-DLE is performing at Zepp KL on 9 September as part of their first world tour, '[Just Me ( )I-dle]'.

Unfortunately, if you want to catch them, tickets are currently all sold out.

10. Dewa 19: '30 Years Of Dewa 19 Anniversary Tour'

Indonesian rock band Dewa 19 is set to perform live at Axiata Arena on 10 September, in celebration of their 30th anniversary. According to NME, tickets sold out within an hour of their release, prompting them to announce a second concert night on 9 September. However, that show has also sold out since.

11. Anirudh Ravichander: 'Once Upon A Time Tour'

Popular Indian singer and composer Anirudh Ravichander will be performing at Axiata Arena on 17 September. 

According to New Straits Times, the singer has promised concert-goers a 'glow in the dark' experience similar to Coldplay's performances, as he's always been a big fan of the British rock band.

BONUS: BLACKPINK: 'Born Pink World Tour' in March 2023

Although it's not this year, fans can't wait for BLACKPINK's concert happening at National Stadium Bukit Jalil on 4 March, 2023.

During this tour, the South Korean girl group will also be stopping by Jakarta, Manila, Singapore, Bangkok, and Hong Kong.
