1. KOA Fitness

KOA Fitness is an all-women open gym that also offers classes and personal training. The workouts are programmed specifically for women and are taught by female coaches. Whether you're a beginner or veteran, they have classes for all fitness levels that burn, tone, and get your heart pumping!

Curves has outlets all over Klang Valley as well as one in Kuching and Perak. They offer total body workouts and strength training for women of all ages.

Their most popular class consists of a 30-minute circuit that aims to work every major muscle group with strength training, cardio, and stretching.

Established in Hong Kong in 1977, Phillip Wain is a health and beauty club that has since expanded outlets to other countries, including Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

They offer various types of fitness training and aerobic classes. And they also have a fully equipped gym specifically designed for women. Aside from getting your workout done, you can get body treatments, facials, massages, and relax in a spa at the outlet.

4. My Addict Fitness

Located in Desa ParkCity, My Addict Fitness provides group fitness classes, such as yoga, aerial yoga, and pounding workouts, as well as personal training. No matter what level of fitness you're at, the gym welcomes all.

They also have a physiotherapy and rehab area.
