A petting zoo has just opened in Gopeng, Perak, and they have the cutest alpacas

Known as Zahara Garden, this new attraction opened its doors to the public on 26 April, giving visitors an up close and personal encounter with these gentle creatures.

You'll have the opportunity to meet and interact with the alpacas, as well as enjoy meals in the garden's café, featuring glass windows for you to watch the animals while you dine.

Just a reminder, if you're planning to visit, please be gentle with the creatures. It's important to give the alpacas space and avoid behaviours that might provoke them.

If alpacas feel threatened or stressed, they might spit on you as a defensive or warning mechanism.

Fun fact: They can spit as far as 10ft. So, don't play rough!

Here's a video of the alpacas posted by Zahara Garden:

The park is open every day from 8am to 6pm and features several photo-op spots, including a charming miniature Hobbit village
