In Bukit Bintang, real estate agent Stephy took one and a half hours to drive from Cheras to Bukit Bintang to celebrate New Year's Eve
She shared a video on Xiaohongshu showing revellers waving at her while she was stuck in traffic with her car windows down.

"I celebrated New Year in Bukit Bintang last year, but it was too crowded for my liking.
"Despite that, I wanted to experience it again this year, so I drove there. I didn't expect to be surrounded by such a large crowd," she said.
