This comes after a viral CCTV video showed the employee filling up a cup of hot water from the coffee section of the convenience store and pouring it on the dog that was at the store's entrance.

According to animal activist Siti Fauziah Jabbar, the incident occurred at a KK Super Mart outlet on Jalan Besar Menglembu last Friday, 7 March. The individual responsible for the act is reportedly the branch's store manager.
