The Marvel community was abuzz when plans for Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe were revealed over the weekend.

All except for Malaysians and Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC).

After the indefinite postponement of Marvel's latest film instalment in Malaysia, Thor: Love and Thunder, GSC, said to be the largest cinema chain in Malaysia, posted a poster by Marvel Studios on their social media accounts.

The poster listed out the planned release dates for Marvel's The Multiverse Saga, phases four, five, and six.

In what appears to be the cinema chain's way of throwing shade at the Film Censorship Board (LPF), the posts on GSC's social media pages were captioned, "Welcome to the Multiverse Saga. Malaysia can watch or not? Dunno."

On Facebook, the post received 1,464 shares and 582 comments, with many sharing the same sentiment of uncertainty as the cinema chain

One Facebook user shared what the poster should have looked like for Malaysian cinema goers.

GSC's post on Twitter received over 7,600 retweets and 11,700 likes at the time of writing.
