A video of two teachers signing the patriotic song Keranamu Malaysia during a school assembly at SMK Dato' Ibrahim Yaacob, Kuala Lumpur, has gone viral

The clip captures the teachers, Kausar Khairuddin and a female colleague, enthusiastically interpreting the song in sign language in front of their students.

The most touching part? The students can be seen eagerly signing along to the song while proudly waving the Jalur Gemilang flags.

Kausar shared the clip on his TikTok account, where it has since garnered over 635,000 views and more than 45,000 likes on the platform.

In a heartwarming moment, the students follow the two teachers, signing along to the song.

The video has touched many viewers, who praised the teachers' efforts to ensure no student was left out

"Thank you teacher... that's all we can say because we don't know sign language," one user commented.

"I got teary after watching this. Thank you teacher... you guys are really great," another said.

Meanwhile, some viewers expressed their desire to learn sign language, with one writing, "I've wanted to learn sign language for such a long time."

Some also expressed hope that sign language would be introduced as an official syllabus in schools soon.

"I hope sign language will be introduced in primary and secondary schools by 2027. It'll be a great subject to learn."
