This Café Is Raising Funds To Help Feed The Homeless On 27 Feb – Here's How You Can Help

A local café is stepping up to give back to the community, and they need your help

Whatever Works for the Community (Team WWC) is raising funds to provide food and drinks to the homeless around Kuala Lumpur on 27 February, and they're looking for support to make this initiative a success.

This initiative is in conjunction with World NGO Day, a day dedicated to recognising the incredible efforts of non-governmental organisations worldwide.

As a way of giving back, Team WWC is collecting donations to ensure warm meals and drinks reach those in need.

You can contribute by donating any of these essential items:


  • 1 x mineral water
  • 1 x air kotak
  • 1 x main course
  • 1 x fruit
  • 1 x bread
  • A pair of socks
  • Sanitary pads for women

Alternatively, you can support the cause by purchasing items from the café — for every RM20 spent, RM2 will be donated — or by making a direct donation to their bank account:
