Child Escapes Death After Mother Throws Him To The Backseat Right Before Myvi Crashes

Both parents passed away on Thursday, 3 October, leaving behind three orphaned sons.

A quick-thinking mother saved her son by putting him in the backseat moments before a fatal car crash took place in Rompin, Pahang area yesterday, 3 October

A Perodua Myvi, carrying a family of five, was on the Jalan Kuantan-Seremban road near Muadzam Shah, Rompin, Pahang when it skidded across the road and crashed into a lorry at 5.30am yesterday.

Bernama reported that both parents, Surawati Mohd and her husband Muhammad Noor Idham Ramli passed away, leaving behind three orphaned sons.

The victim's eldest son, who is six years old, told his uncle that his mother had carried his little brother and handed him to the back right before the crash

All three sons survived the unfortunate incident – six-year-old Aryan Rizqy Muhammad Noor Idham and his two younger brothers, four-year-old Areesh Razeen, and two-year-old Arfaan Rakeen.

Their father, Muhammad Noor Idham, died at the scene after being trapped in the driver's seat. Meanwhile, Surawati was pronounced dead at Muadzam Shah Hospital.

It is understood that the family was about to celebrate Surawati's 33rd birthday together with her eldest son's birthday on Saturday, 5 October

According to Utusan, Surawati's sister revealed that the victim and her husband enjoyed mountain climbing and were going to participate in one in Cameron Highlands with their three kids on the same day.
