The GCA 2024 initiative highlights companies in Malaysia that excel in attracting and retaining top university graduates. Undergraduates nationwide were asked about their preferences and opinions regarding potential employers.
The extensive survey not only sought to discover what jobs graduates want, but also what qualities make companies appealing to them.
Spanning various industries, including accounting, automotive, e-commerce, and more, university students shared their thoughts, offering insights to what they consider to be leading employers in Malaysia.
The award's results are determined solely by the votes cast by university students, making it the definitive voice of the future workforce.
