A recent video showing floodwaters in Kampung Telaga Bata, Kelantan, turning an alarming bright red has gone viral
The video, posted by @azamjusoh on TikTok, revealed a large area of red floodwater surrounding a house.
As the camera panned, it became clear that the red water was mixing with the usual floodwater in the area.
The unusual sight quickly caught the attention of netizens, garnering 1.2 million views
The video, however, was posted without any explanation, leaving netizens puzzled about the source of the red water.
"Why does the water look like that? Did paint spill?" one user commented.
"The paint spilled; someone was trying to paint the house but ended up spilling it," another used suggested.
