Man Fined RM3,100 For Throwing Piss At Female Neighbour's House Over Football Dispute
The 41-year-old man threw two packages of urine and black oil at his neighbour's house, without provocation.

A 41-year-old man was fined RM3,100 at the Melaka Magistrates' court today, 16 December, for throwing two packages containing urine and black oil at a neighbour's house over a football dispute
The man, Mohd Nazi Nazaruddin was fined under Section 14 of the Minor Offenses Act 1955 after admitting to two charges read against him by Magistrate Sharda Shienha Mohd, reported Sinar Daily.
Based on the charge sheet, the accused threw a package of liquid containing urine at a house belonging to a 46-year-old woman, Hashidah Hassan, with the intention to provoke her.
The offense occurred at No 922-1, KM5 Bukit Baru in Melaka at around 9am on 18 October.
He was also reported to have vandalised his neighbour's property and caused damages worth RM150 after hurling a container of black oil at her house on 7 December.
The unemployed man, who was not represented by a lawyer, requested a lighter sentence after pleading guilty
Mohd Nazri confessed that he was not in the "right state of mind" when he committed the act.
Deputy public prosecutor Fiqri Hakim Zamri, however, requested that a suitable sentence be given as a lesson to the accused and the community, reported Kosmo.
For the offense of hurling a container of black oil, he was charged under Section 427 of the Penal Code, and fined RM3,000, or two months in prison if he fails to pay.
As for the other offense charged under Section 14 of the Minor Offenses Act 1955, he was ordered to pay RM100, or five days in prison if he fails to pay.
