"I Deserve It" — Woman Demands Husband Pay Her RM1.3 Million Every Time She's Pregnant
Soudi stated that she would not subject her body to the challenges of childbirth without due compensation.
A woman in Dubai has recently gained global attention for outlining a detailed list of "non-negotiables" that her husband must meet each time she gets pregnant.
This includes a hefty allowance of USD300,000 (RM1.38 million) per child.
According to Daily Mail, Soudi Al Nadak hails from Sussex, Britain. She met her husband Jamal Al Nadak while studying at a university in Dubai seven years ago, and the couple has been married for three years.
The 26-year-old influencer is widely known for sharing glimpses of her luxurious life with her spouse, whom she describes as a millionaire, on TikTok.
In her latest 'Get Ready With Me' (GRWM) video, Soudi stated that she expects to receive an allowance from her husband each time she gets pregnant.
"I explained to Jamal that this amount will be per baby, so for one it will be USD300,000 (RM1.38 million) and for two USD600,000 (RM2.77 million), and so on," she said.
"This will include all of my therapy sessions, my physiotherapy, personal training, acupuncture, and massages the baby too," she added.
Providing reasoning for her demands, Soudi stated, "I think that after all I put my body through, this is only fair for both me and for the baby"
She also asserted that she knows people would be taken aback upon hearing the conditions she outlined.
Nevertheless, she staunchly maintained her stance, declaring that she would not subject her body to the challenges of childbirth without due compensation.
In the three-minute-and-15-second video, Soudi went on to outline additional stipulations. She stated that her husband must get her a Hermès Birkin diaper bag — blue for a boy and pink for a girl — to ensure a stylish and coordinated look.
"He also has to get me a new car just to match the mummy vibe," she added.
Another non-negotiable highlighted by the influencer is her desire to "never have to work again".
She further specified that her husband must increase the number of staff in the house, as well as hire baby specialists and a night nurse to assist her in caring for the child.
The video quickly amassed 3.8 million views, drawing various reactions from netizens
"23 weeks pregnant and my partner bought me a Pringle advent calendar," joked one user.
Another user voiced their support, stating, "All women should have these standards."
"Why is everyone saying [it's] satire? This is so valid," said another.
However, amidst the praise, one user questioned, "What if the husband goes bankrupt? Will you stay with him?"
