Touch 'n Go (TNG) eWallet users, take note!

You must complete your electronic Know-Your-Customer (eKYC) verification by 20 December to keep using your account without restrictions.

What Is eKYC?

eKYC is a digital process to verify your identity. It ensures your account stays secure and complies with government regulations.

If you don't complete eKYC, your eWallet will gradually lose access to key features like balance usage and payment options.

Here's a simple step-by-step guide to get it done:

If your account already shows "Completed", you're all set — no need to do anything else.

Completing eKYC keeps your account secure and ensures uninterrupted access. Plus, it unlocks additional features and benefits.

Alan Ni, chief executive officer of TNG Digital, emphasised, "Security is our top priority at TNG Digital. Implementing full eKYC is a bold and necessary move, making us the first eWallet to take this step because protecting our users is non-negotiable. This measure is crucial in enhancing platform security and reducing the risk of account takeover."

So, don't forget to verify your account by 20 December to avoid interruptions.
