"A Good Release" — Malaysian Man Screams His Heart Out To Sprout A Fountain From A River
"He's healing."
It's always good to manage our stress levels so we don't overwhelm ourselves.
Luckily for Johoreans, one area may have provided just the tool for a release locals may need.
A recent TikTok posted by Malaysian graphic designer, Ahmad Haikal (@haikalsyabab), has been making waves across the platform after a clip of him shouting in public went viral — literally.
In the 16-second feature, Haikal can be seen screaming his heart out into a horn that's adjacent to a river. Loud and mighty, his screams are muffled by the horn, thereby not making the sounds overwhelming.
However, a surprising part of the clip is the formation of a fountain from the river. Gleaming in lights, the fountain top spurts higher as the volume of his screams heighten too.
Alternating in different colours, the fountain itself sprouts several feet into the air, until Haikal stops shouting and the fountain stops shooting.
Captioning his video, Haikal wrote, "It was so satisfying to scream."

Since posting the video to his TikTok page, the clip has garnered over five million views and 400,000 likes
Receiving a warm reception in the comments section, many people were fond of the idea of doing this as a manner to relieve stress, though it didn't stop others from seeing the humour in this.
"I bet other people are looking around and wondering who is healing by the river," joked one user.
Another person said how a screaming session like this would help someone make all their problems go away.
Another user, however, said that he would be scared to try the horn out.
"I'd be scared this would add to my problems, I'd get a sore throat and lose my voice," he wrote.
Referencing how viral the clip has become in a short span of time, one user said they wouldn't be surprised if more people pay the location a visit.
"Since it's already viral, some people must have banded together to line up at this horn and take turns shouting."
A plethora of the comments asked the user where this place was located, hinting at potentially visiting the place to get their scream on.
"Please tell me where this place is, I really want to pay it a visit!" wrote many.
A few helpful users in the comments section have since revealed that this took place near Sungai Gersik along Jalan Panchor in Muar, Johor.
Nevertheless, it has not been confirmed as to whether the setup is still there, as the clip was posted on 27 January.
