We often joke that Malaysians love to queue, whether it's to get limited edition merchandise from our favourite fandoms, or to satisfy our cravings for yummy eats.
However, it can get pretty tiring, especially for parents bringing along their kiddos for the day, or for those on a tight schedule. Not to mention, when the people behind you tak jaga social distancing, and they're all up in your personal space, ugh.
You won't have to worry about long queues in KFC, as you can place your orders via your mobile device when dining in, woohoo!
Mmhmm, lining up to order will now be a thing of the past, as the franchise now lets you scan and order from your table, across selected outlets nationwide.
Now, you can head straight to your preferred table, whip out your device, and scan the QR provided to place your order for your fave KFC meals. :D

Aside from skipping the queue, you won't feel pressured while waiting for your turn to order. Now you can take your own sweet time to choose what you wanna eat, as you use your mobile device to add your fave menu items to your order, hehe.
Plus, it's sooo much more convenient to place your orders via your device, especially if you feel like ordering more food to tapau for later. Contactless orders FTW!
Alternatively, if you don't wanna dine in, you can order your meals for pick up via the KFC App by choosing the Self Collect feature! Whether you're collecting at the counter or from your vehicle, KFC’s new contactless channels are here to make it easier to get your finger lickin' good meals.
