[VIDEO] UK Food YouTuber Says Ramly Burger Is One Of The Best Burgers He's Ever Tasted
"One of the best burgers I've ever had. So 'leng'."
The Malaysian Ramly burger is known to be a local delicacy that foreigners and tourists adore when they visit our country
In September last year, American TV personality George Motz went viral after sharing a mouth-watering Ramly burger recipe on the First We Feast YouTube channel.
This time, Eli, a UK-based influencer and food blogger, visited Kuala Lumpur last month and had a taste of the iconic Malaysian burger.
Eli uploaded a video to his YouTube channel, This Food Bangz, in which he tried out the Ramly burger for the first time
In the 13-minute clip, Eli travels to Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock after hearing that Burger Abang Booboo serves the best Ramly burger in KL.
He also asks the stall owner how long he has been running the stall, to which the cook responds that he has been flipping burgers at the location since the 1990s.
Eli then excitedly orders a RM10 double cheeseburger and takes a big bite after it was served to him.
Eli was so impressed by the taste of the double cheeseburger that he also recommended it to passersby
"You've got to get on this man, so good. So, so good," he says while pointing to his food.
He continues by describing the taste of the Ramly burger to his viewers, saying that it has juicy beef patties, sweet sauces, and two perfectly toasted buns.
Eli then calls for the cook once more to compliment him for the burger.
"Boss, good burger. This guy knows what he's doing," Eli said while giving the cook a thumbs up.
"One of the best burgers I've ever had. So 'leng' (beautiful)."
Malaysian viewers who have seen Eli's video left many positive comments, welcoming him to the country
One user commented that they always find it fascinating to see foreigners eat our food. They also welcomed Eli to Malaysia.
Another said that Eli will definitely miss the taste of the Ramly burger once he leaves Malaysia.
Meanwhile, another user said that they have never tried the Ramly burger but they will do so when they visit Malaysia.
