According to her charge sheet, Mizan robbed her Tinder date in 2016 with her ex-boyfriend

According to Berita Harian, Mizan robbed 34-year-old Foong Wei Chieh at knife-point with her ex-boyfriend at Cova Suites, Kota Damansara on 24 November 2016.

Mizan, who was 21 years old at the time, invited the victim to her condominium for sex. She was found naked by Foong upon arrival.

Mizan's ex-boyfriend then entered the apartment and the duo attacked Foong. The college student then went downstairs to the victim's car to steal his wallet, before heading to an ATM to withdraw his money.

The victim lost his iPhone 6S and a total of RM1,500 in cash to the duo.

The defense claimed that Mizan was influenced by her ex-boyfriend at the time

"My client was influenced by her ex-boyfriend," Mizan's lawyer, Norhasham Hasan was quoted as saying by The Star today.

Norhasham had asked the court for a more lenient sentence on the college student as Mizan was young and it was her first offence.

"She needs to support her family, as her father is no longer working," he added.

However, the prosecution asked for a heavy sentence on Mizan as the offense was premeditated and involved a dangerous weapon.
