Inconsiderate Neighbour Hangs Pork Belly To Dry Above Tenant's Laundry And Dirties It
Tan claimed that was his first time ever experiencing a situation like this.

A disgruntled HDB flat tenant in Bukit Batok, Singapore, recently complained about his inconsiderate neighbour, who hung pieces of pork belly to dry over his clean laundry
According to a rant posted by Bob Tan on Facebook group Complaint Singapore on Sunday, 15 January, the annoyed tenant said that he hung his clean laundry outside of his flat's window to dry.
However, he noticed brown liquid was dripping onto his clothes from above. Tan initially thought that the liquid was coffee but upon further investigation, he discovered it was actually soy sauce.
The source of the drips came from a neighbour hanging marinated pieces of pork belly outside the window directly above Tan's laundry.
Speaking to Mothership, Tan said that this is the first time in 14 years he has ever encountered an incident like this.

However, the neighbours in question were "not friendly" based on Tan's past experience of interacting with them.
Due to the neighbour's alleged disagreeable nature and the urging of netizens, Tan has decided to take the matter up to the Chua Chu Kang Town Council today, 16 January, and file a formal complaint.

Some netizens were concerned about the hygiene aspect of the matter, saying that hanging raw pork in the open was unsanitary.
Others also pointed out that there may have been Muslim residents living in the HDB estate and the neighbour could have started religious issues.
However, one netizen found humour in the situation and gave Tan a creative way to tackle the issue.
