A short video clip showing a woman abusing a toddler has gone viral on social media
The toddler can be heard crying in the video as the woman beat and strangled her while changing her diapers.
The video was uploaded by PDRM on its Facebook page yesterday, 11 June, asking for the public's cooperation
According to Malay Mail, Royal Malaysia Police Corporate Communications head Datuk Asmawati Ahmad released a statement earlier today, 12 June, that no one had lodged a police report on the matter so far.
