24 Ramadan Bazaars Are Now Accepting Cashless Payments. Here's The Full List

A total of 24 Ramadan bazaars in Kuala Lumpur have gone cashless
In collaboration with Tech Hunter Global Sdn Bhd (PayHunter), Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) is powering the cashless transaction movement with the launch of BSN's DuitNow QR Soundbox, a digital payment terminal to facilitate cashless transactions for Ramadan bazaar stall vendors. This initiative aligns with the government's Geran Digital PMKS Madani (GDPM), which aims to enhance digital solutions for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
Following the success of last year's #TechMeToBazaar event at Ramadan Bazaar TTDI, this new launch showcases BSN and PayHunter's dedication to enhancing the digital commerce landscape and empowering MSMEs with digital capabilities.
BSN and PayHunter are providing both new and existing vendors at Ramadan bazaars with the opportunity to join the BSNeBiz merchant programme
Vendors will receive a complimentary BSN DuitNow QR Soundbox. The deployment of these soundboxes at 24 bazaar locations aims to simplify operations for vendors and ensure secure transactions during Ramadan. The advanced Dynamic BSN DuitNow QR Soundbox is scheduled for rollout in the upcoming quarter.
BSN and PayHunter also plan to enhance the QR Soundbox with a new feature that enables merchants to input product prices directly into the device, generating QR codes accordingly. This enhancement aims to streamline the payment process, allowing customers to conveniently scan QR codes or make card payments.
