NoSpace Is A New Social Media App For Gen Zs
If you're feeling nostalgic for the early days of the Internet, or just craving a more genuine social experience, keep an eye out for NoSpace.
NoSpace, a new social media app, is set to launch in June 2024 and it's got many Gen Zs excited
The app, developed by California-based Tiffany Zhong, is inspired by the Y2K nostalgia wave that's sweeping through pop culture.
NoSpace promises to put users front and centre through personalisation and a supportive, engaged community
Taking inspiration from MySpace — a social media platform that was popular during the 2000s — NoSpace will allow its users to customise their profiles.
NoSpace users can express their real-life activities and interests through the use of colours, fonts, and backgrounds.
NoSpace wants to get its users to engage and connect with one another in a fun and positive manner
Instead of mindlessly scrolling, users are encouraged to connect positively.
One cool feature is the 'boost' button, which is like giving a virtual high-five for content that you love. But here's the twist: everyone gets unlimited boosts, so it's not about competition — it's about spreading the love.
Over 500,000 people have subscribed to be on NoSpace's waiting list
The app is currently available for pre-download on the App Store. According to NoSpace's official website, the app will download automatically to your device once it’s live on June 12. And nope, no invite codes are required.
NoSpace is not available on the Google PlayStore just yet.
