1. Piktochart

Piktochart is an easy-to-use design tool that helps users turn text- or data-heavy content into visual stories. With the online tool, anyone can create professional-looking infographics, flyers, posters, reports, newsletters, and charts, without having prior design knowledge.

Founded in 2011, the do-it-yourself platform is famed for being one of the first Malaysian companies to implement the four-day work week. The team works a total of 32 hours a week and are 100% remote working. Their benefits also include a remote office setup, home office budget, and wellbeing budget.

2. Twistcode Technologies

Founded in 2006, Twistcode is the only AI company in Malaysia that owns a self-assembled supercomputer. Their supercomputer is the fastest in Malaysia and ranked 88th in the world as of June 2019.

In 2021, the company made the decision to give all employees every Friday off, without a change in salary.
