[VIDEO] Agong Personally Hands Out McDonald's To On-Duty Media Outside Of Palace

The Agong urged rakyat to be patient amidst this political turmoil.

After handing out KFC to reporters stationed outside of Istana Negara yesterday, 24 February, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong decided to repeat the good deed by handing out McDonald's today, 25 February

When Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah was spotted leaving the palace via Gate Two at 1.10pm today, he brought along bags of McDonald's to hand out to media working under the hot sun.

In a short statement to the media, the Agong told the rakyat to be patient amidst the political turmoil

"We are very concerned... just be patient. First of all, let me do the duty," the Agong said.

"I hope we will find the best solution for the country."

He then passed bags of McDonald's to the reporters and even took one French fry for himself

The King left the scene in a white vehicle shortly after.
