[VIDEO] M'sian Couple Starts Satay Stall In Australia & Sells Out In 3 Hours Every Day
Giving it a stellar 10/10 rating, food reviewer Papa Nash said it was the "best and tastiest satay" he has ever had.
With its tantalising blend of flavours and tenderly grilled perfection, satay stands as an indisputable favourite among Malaysians.
This dish has now found its way to Perth, Australia, where a Sabahan couple has captured the hearts and appetites of the locals by serving mouth-watering satay.
Their food truck, aptly named 'Satay Bro', gained notable fame after food reviewer Papa Nash shared a review video on his TikTok page.
In the video, the owner, Zul, can be seen grilling a generous serving of skewered satay while his wife prepares ayam goreng berempah, another flavourful Malaysian delight available on their food truck.
In his review, Papa Nash said Zul's use of lean meat distinguishes his satay from the traditional offerings
The satay is authentically served with onions, cucumber, and ketupat, just as it is served in Malaysia.
Giving it a stellar 10/10 rating, Papa Nash declared it the "best and tastiest satay" he has ever had.
Despite being in business for only three months, Papa Nash said Satay Bro has become a sensation, with word of their incredible satay spreading rapidly and resulting in consistently growing queues at their food truck.
According to Zul, Satay Bro starts operating at 2pm and sells about 400 sticks of satay every day.
"This can honestly fight anything I've tasted in Malaysia... He starts selling at 2pm in the afternoon and, by 5pm, normally they sell out," said Papa Nash in the video.
