"All of the improvements I recently announced have taken into account the restructuring of toll rates with concession agreements, and they are now being finalised," Ismail Sabri announced yesterday, 13 October.

According to The Star, he added that this restructuring will save the government RM8.8 billion in compensation, which is supposed to be paid to the concession companies involved.
