Hilton KL's Massive Festive Buffet Is Perfect If You're Too Lazy To Cook This Christmas

Once again, we find ourselves surrounded by year-end festive cheer, and that usually means lots and lots of food promos
If you're enjoying the holiday season in Klang Valley, one destination that you'll probably want to consider for a Christmas-themed feast will be Vasco's at Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
Throughout the entire month of December, the classy eatery at the hotel's ground floor will play host to daily Festive Buffet spreads available for both lunch and dinner, with a spread large and varied enough to appeal to even the most expectant foodies.
At the preview of the hotel's Festive Buffet, Vasco's showed off an impressive culinary sweep that included offerings from various international cuisines, including Malaysian favourites, spicy Indian selections, Japanese staples, a hint of Mexican, and of course, typical Western Christmas highlights such as roast meats (lamb/beef), paella, cold cuts, and more.
Without going over the entire spread, our personal highlight was the very respectable chilled shellfish section, stocked with all manner of tasty crustaceans, including choices of both US and Tragheanna Bay oysters, slipper lobsters, flower and mud crabs, clams, mussels, and sea snails, among others.
Just a few feet away, the sashimi section offered visibly fresh cuts of salmon, tuna, and butterfish, while another section offered tasty hors d'ouevres such as terrines and pâté.
For spice lovers, the Indian cuisine section had a generous selection of dishes including lamb dum biriyani, Goan prawn curry, kadai subji, and murgh tikka butter masala.
Visitors with a hankering for sweets will more than likely be happy with the selection of desserts, including various tarts, cakes, puddings, and custards
There are also local favourites such as ABC and a twist on bubur kacang merah that comes with a matcha mousse.
For most eaters, the variety on offer will prove to be more than enough, perhaps even overwhelming for some. But even those with larger-than-usual appetites will be happy with how much there is to sample, and all very tasty, to boot.
