French National Charged For Flashing Middle Finger At PDRM Officer
The woman pleaded guilty and was charged under Section 90 of the Police Act 1967.

Harian Metro reported that the offender, 31-year-old Priscillia Miard, is a student at a local university.
On Monday, 20 April, she was fined by the Magistrate's Court in Kuala Lumpur for flashing her middle finger at a Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) officer.

Magistrate Aizat Abdul Rahim also ordered the accused to serve a four-week jail term if she fails to pay the fine. Miard chose to pay the fine.
According to Bernama, Section 90 of the Police Act 1967 carries a maximum fine of RM500 or imprisonment for up to six months, or both, upon conviction.
The incident took place at Travers police station in Kuala Lumpur on 16 April
New Straits Times reported that the woman had been at the police station to obtain a cross-state permit to return to her house in Langkawi.
Non-essential outstation travel has been banned since 18 March under the Movement Control Order. It can only be carried out with a police permit.
