Tesla Malaysia has dropped not-so-subtle hints about potential expansions in Johor, sparking excitement among both car enthusiasts and job seekers
The company recently posted a teaser on its official Instagram account, featuring a sleek Tesla Model 3 parked in front of the LEGOLAND Hotel in Johor Bahru.
The caption accompanying the image simply states, "Tesla is now in Johor. Stay tuned."
Meanwhile, a search on Tesla's careers page revealed job openings that hint at both Johor and Penang branches

Tesla Advisor (Johor)
Tesla advisors guide customers through the innovative vehicle offerings, ensuring a memorable and forward-thinking buying experience from showroom entry to the final purchase.
Asset Lite/Mobile Sales Lead (Penang)
An asset lite drives leads, supports sales activities, and contributes to achieving market KPIs with an entrepreneurial approach.
Vehicle Technician (Penang)
A vehicle technician will inspect, repair, and service Tesla electric vehicles, among other responsibilities.
However, all three vacancies are labelled as being located in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
