KFC Is Now Offering Contactless Delivery And Enforcing Additional Precautionary Measures

This includes using sanitised delivery bags, providing sealed takeaway bags, and more.

In response to the escalating COVID-19 situation and the recent Movement Control Order (MCO), KFC is taking extra measures to ensure the health and safety of its customers and team members

Like many other restaurants, KFC has suspended its dine-in services, but is continuing to provide Malaysians with meals prepared fresh daily through delivery, drive-thru, and takeaway services.

They have also implemented the following additional precautionary measures to ensure cleanliness and safety for all:

1. Increased sanitising frequency
2. Proper and frequent hand washing
3. Frequent health checks on team members
4. Providing hand sanitisers
5. Using sanitised delivery bags
6. Providing sealed takeaway bags for delivery
7. Making sure that their delivery riders observe proper hygiene
8. Contactless delivery option
9. Allowing customers to order online and pick up with Self Collect

Throughout this MCO period, you can still satisfy your fried chicken cravings by ordering KFC via the new Contactless Delivery option

Step 1: Log on via the KFC app or website

Step 2:
Select delivery, add meals to cart, and proceed to checkout

Step 3:
Select Contactless Delivery

Step 4: Make online payment via debit/credit card. Cash payments are not available for Contactless Delivery.

Step 5: A KFC rider will call you for food drop-off arrangements

Step 6: The rider will leave your food at the discussed upon drop-off point

Step 7:
The rider will maintain a distance of at least one metre while you collect your food

Step 8: Pick up your order without any contact with the rider

Alternatively, you can also get your favourite KFC meals via Self Collect, Drive-Thru or Takeaway

Self Collect
Step 1: Log on via the KFC app or website. Select KFC store, collection date, and time.
Step 2: Make cashless payment online. Cash payments are not available.
Step 3: Collect your food at your selected KFC outlet by showing your order confirmation to the cashier.
